Sounds easy doesn’t it, just “BE” in the moment, but you try sitting still for a set period of time without your mind wandering.

It’s only days away now until the “Living the sweet life” retreat kicks off in Otaki, and I’m very excited to have a fabulous bunch of ladies joining me.

It feels like it’s been a long time in the making, so am very happy to see it all come to fruition.  We will have an amazing weekend of relaxation, workshops, yoga, meditation, Zen high tea and lots of fun activities.

 

I have always loved purple, it’s my favourite colour and always makes me feel happy when I see it.  Colour has an amazing way of making us feel uplifted and energised, so it’s important to have colours that you love around you as much as possible.

Life can be so hectic and overwhelming sometimes that it can be easy to lose ourselves on the busyness rollercoaster.  It can feel like there’s just not enough hours in the day and you desperately crave an escape from it all to recharge the batteries.

Have you ever had trouble staying focused, it can be confusing and you kind of drift aimlessly along, not really sure of what you are meant to be doing or how to do it without a clue?
