A good lesson in willpower - Dry July!

 Well it’s been a great month and my Dry July is almost coming to an end, but have found it a great experience abstaining from alcohol this month.

Not only is my liver thanking me, but my energy levels have picked up and man, the ideas are just flowing with lots of creativity going on!
