As a result of her coaching, & some inspiring encounters with others, I lost 20kg, quit a part time job where it conflicted with my personal values and which required a skill set I don't have, learnt to accept time by myself is helpful & enjoyable, engage in more meaningful ways with others, choose to be discerning about who I spend time with & what I watch/listen to.

Some simple changes I am making include less time on my cellphone, earlier nights, setting goals, following through on goals I set, did a photography course, spent money on systems which will make life simpler.  Most of all it's about remaining positive and being grateful for all we have & are and loving myself, so I can love others.  Thanks for your time & commitment to helping me grow Lisa, you are a great coach!
